Olmeca is a Premium Tequila produced in the volcanic Highlands in the centre of Mexico and exclusively produced in our own distillery. The raw material for Olmeca, the Agave Plant, is hand-selected after 7-8 years of careful cultivation and then gently cooked during 3 days in Brick Ovens. During the fermentation we use our own yeast strains, we exclusively distill in Copper Pot stills to achieve a cleaner Tequila. Olmeca Reposado is produced using a blending process with similar results as in the "Solera" process used in brandies and it is aged for six months in small american oak casks.
