Dark amber, clear and shiny in the bottle. Intense and elegant on the nose with floral notes, lots of raisin, plum, hazelnut and smoky nuances from French oak barrels. On the palate it is sweet, soft, round and developed, with toasted notes of caramel and smoke. Persistant and with a great character.
Produced from Muscat grapes grown in the upper area of Elqui Valley.
Grapes were carefully distilled in copper stills, then aged in noble French barrels creating a unique product.
A great tribute to the first pisco from Hacienda La Torre.
