With a very long and clean finish it is a marvelous aperitif style.  It shows a fine bead and has a mature but fresh nose with aromas of baked bread, ripe pear and spice. The Meunier component has given the wine a forwardness and approachability. The brut reserve contains an unusual high percentage of Pinot Meunier (45%) with 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir
