Locke’s distillery has the distinction of being the oldest continuously licensed distillery in the world dating back to 1757. Sadly due to an economic decline in the 1950’s, Locke’s distilling company was forced to sell its assets. Locke’s Irish Whiskey was resurrected by Cooley distillery in the late 1980’s. This blend of malt and grain is double matured in traditional pot stills and patent stills. A smooth and malty blend with notes of oak, honey and vanilla.
