Deep crimson red. Displaying concentrated and lifted cassis and black fruits of the forest on the nose with subtle notes of mint, chocolate and attractive toasted oak. This fruit driven and powerfully structured wine is filled with vibrant, varietal black current fruits, cassis and capsicum flavours layered over tight tannins and smooth integrated oak. It is a balanced wine displaying dense fruit and a long persistent finish. Approachable in its youth, with careful cellaring this wine will continue to develop with age.
