Here’s a Kiwi sparkler to put a spring in your step, a cool climate blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Lindauer. It’s made in the classic methode Champenoise style so you get all the same expression of the French stuff with out the fancy name. You’ll find a real Pinot aroma to this wine with delicate strawberry aromas and yeasty notes as well as a persistent bead. The strawberry is reflected in the flavours with a creamy texture and excellent acidity before a crisp finish. This is an excellent aperitif wine pairing well with canapés.
