A robust porter ale that’s full of chocolate character from roasted and chocolate malts. Top fermented using London ale yeast that gives this beer its full and bodied character. Wobbly Boot is lightly hopped with a combination of English and American Hops. Malt: Ale base Malt, Marrisotter 25%, Crystal Malt 4%, Chocolate Malt 8%, Cararoma Malt 2.5% Hops: Bittering hops Green Bullet Flavour and Aroma: Cascade and Fuggles Yeast: Fermented with Ale Yeast
