A lovely fresh blend from our Hawkes Bay vineyards has produced a wine of exquisite flavour and drinkability. Light yellow in colour. A fruit driven wine of stone and tropical fruit with subtle lees and oak in the background. A full palate with the stone and tropical fruit leading the wine front start to finish. The lees and oak give a nice mouth feel to the wine and provide length. Suitable for lunchtime hospitality and lighter less rich cuisine. Cellar for 1 – 2 years for increased complexity.
