Launched in 2011, the acclaimed DoubleWood heralded the revival of New Zealand’s Whisky Industry. Its first 6 years of ageing was in American Bourbon barrels, before finishing in French Oak NZ wine barrels, giving ruby colour, depth of character and long-lasting, rich flavours.
