The steep and majestic mountains of Connemara, located in the west of Ireland is the setting for the birth of this whiskey distillery in the Cooley has resurrected the Irish tradition of drying the malted barley over peat homes made. The smoke passes through the barley malteda during the drying process gives the whiskey its flavor and aroma of peat. This traditional method of distillation, combined with their natural ingredients and long years in oak barrels, resulting in Connemara Irish Whiskey Malta Pure peat, distilled in copper stills. In his tasting malt flavor enjoy the deep, light and warm, accompanied by hints of spice. Rest in oak barrels allow a long finish.
