Fantastic in a dry martini, served chilled over ice or with soda or lemonade for a long, refreshing summer drink. Quite a delicate bouquet with pleasant pear drop aromas as well as floral characters. The perfumed palate is off dry and herbaceous.
The base for Cinzano is a white wine made from Trebbiano grapes grown in the Ravenna province of Italy. The wine is then sweetened and infused with a unique, secret blend of herbs and spices.
