The Connemara 'Turf Mor' is a limited edition, cask strength, small batch release from this outstanding award winning distillery.
One of the most enjoyable whiskies I have ever tasted, youthful and spirity yet sweet with lots of peat, with water this bought out citrus notes combined with Christmas cake and more peat, but so soft. Turf Mor is the second of Connemara's limited edition Small Batch Collection, and has been created using very heavily peated malt, with a phenol level of over 50ppm. A very pleasant, very peaty young whiskey.
