APPEARANCE Golden honey.
BOUQUET
Wafts of peat smoke, brine and ozone. Sweet, malted barley straight from the malting floors, coconut and gorse with layers of vanilla and crème brulee.
Interesting hints of fresh liquorice and aniseed balanced by homemade shortbread and flapjack.
PALATE Lots of fresh citrus tang: lemon tart and orange blossom with tropical fruits such as pineapple and guava. A real fruit-salad mix with the Highland Park greatness, an incredible mouth feel with a long and spicy finish. Give this Orcadian time and you will be rewarded.
