Ripe citrus and mineral notes fill the nose, with a subtle sweaty character adding interest in the background. The palate shows good weight and overflows with citrus and passion fruits that are carried by mouth-watering acidity.
Cellaring
This wine is ideal to consume immediately, but will develop more mature Sauvignon Blanc characters over the next two years.
