Long fermented from fresh cut Kiwifruit, this wine is a delicious white wine, has ripe citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a subtle, slightly nutty palate, complimented by a crisp, dry finish. With good weight and mouth feel, it is reminiscent of a well-made pinot gris grape wine, with the tropical melon flavours also adding hints of sauvignon blanc.
Produced by the largest Blueberry Farm in the Waikato and will be follwed by a Blueberry wine in the next 2 months.
